Recruitment

At Train2Success, we not only provide academic training, but are committed to following through with a consistent and high-quality contribution to the labour market. We have forged strong alliances with a variety of partners in and around London – such as Barking College, Newham College and Sencia - to provide the students with the means to achieve appropriate, sustained and challenging employment. We do this by providing a series of courses which go beyond traditional academia, exploring and cultivating the ancillary skills necessary to work successfully in education.

We are the only training provider in the UK to provide the BTEC accredited course, Supporting and Working With Students With Special Requirements. As workplace diversity becomes increasingly relevant, this course is key to giving your students an indisputable advantage when it comes to the job market. Being able to evidence not only the academic, but the social and legal necessities required to work successfully within a diverse classroom environment is something which has never been more important and will give your students the critical added edge.

Unlike other training providers, Train2Success has built fast-tracking routes to take our students from aspirants to achievers. We work with a select number of highly regarded educational employment agencies whose combined expertise in their fields results in comprehensive coverage of the education system, spanning primary schools to Further Education.

In strong testament to this, Train2Success has developed a database of newly qualified educational professionals ranging from Teaching Assistants and Learning Supports to Further Education lecturers. As part of our ongoing commitment to provide the local community with dynamic and newly-qualified individuals, we invite you to contact us for further details.
