We take great pleasure in using NLP and life-coaching in tandem with our unique courses to produce outstanding results. NLP is a relatively new tool for personal change, devised in the 1970s by two Americans, Richard Bandler and John Grinder. It seeks to explore and change the mental frames, attitudes and perceptions that support and maintain behaviours. Through effective and structured questioning, people begin to uncover their own potential for dynamic change. We use several techniques, such as future pace visualisation, to assist our clients on this exciting journey. This unique approach is what makes Train2Success fresh, vital and important. All our trainers are fully trained and accredited in NLP techniques.

 

Our innovative pre-employment programme, The Job Wants You, works on a deep level to effect long-lasting change in each and every individual. Structured around five primary stages, this is designed to motivate and inspire clients seeking work to reach their full potential.

 

At each stage, the client is supported in challenging their limiting perceptions and beliefs, replacing them with more resourceful and positive attitudes. This pioneering programme also includes a free psychometric test , providing a saving of £200.

  • Action planning, behaviour and attitude remodelling, CV preparation and building using neuro and cognitive persuasion language, making the right decisions, your career progression and rapid job search techniques.

Success

  • Get the job in the first five minutes , interview answer formula, key words and phrases, persuasive techniques and future job pace visualization.

Step 5

Explore

  • Using all of the new-found tools they have equipped themselves with throughout their journey, it is now time to put them into practise, what were once distant ambitions, begin to become fulfilled.

The cost per candidate is £50 per day, however the transformational four day course costs £150 per candidate (25% discount) including a free psychometric test, a saving of £200.
