BTEC Level 3 Advanced Award in Understanding and Enhancing Learning for Learners with Particular Requirements© (SEN & ALN)
This is an advanced course for those in education who need a greater understanding of learning disability and its impact in the classroom. The latest figures from the Department of Education show that pupils with SEN are eight times as likely as their peers to be excluded. The course is designed to give educational facilitators SEN awareness and provision that they can build into their classroom strategy for effective inclusion.

Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults course
A Vulnerable Adult is someone aged 18 or over who is, or may be in need of community care services or attending a special educational setting because of mental or other disability, age or illness and unable to take care of him or herself, or unable to protect him or herself against significant harm or exploitation This course covers all core aspects of vulnerable adult protection to help staff recognise potential signs of abuse ,understand the legislation that protects the individuals and know how to take remedial and long –term action.

How to manage a violent behaviour in the classroom
The National Union of Teachers recently highlighted the growing threat posed by violent pupils and in light of this, Train2Success has created a programme to tackle this subject both sensitively and effectively. This course will teach how to prevent, manage and diffuse aggressive behaviour by recognising body language, tonality of voice, and effective verbal diffusion. You will learn how to safely approach, separate and control aggressive students and you will also learn about the cycle of aggression and conflict. Equipped with this knowledge, the challenge of classroom aggression can quickly diminish.
